3. Seller Information

The Seller operates in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to provide the User with a digital game key, and the User agrees to pay for it.

All products are digital and delivered electronically.

No physical delivery is provided.

The Seller is not the developer or copyright holder of any games or software products.

5. Acceptance of the Offer

Acceptance of this offer occurs when the User:

  • places an order;
  • completes payment;
  • confirms purchase through the Website interface.

The Agreement is considered concluded upon payment.

6. Account Registration and Use

The User may create an account to access purchased goods.

The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

All actions performed through the account are considered actions of the User.

7. Order Placement and Processing

Orders are placed independently by the User through the Website.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected:

  • fraud;
  • stolen payment methods;

10. Product Verification and Activation Responsibility

The User is responsible for verifying:

The Seller does not guarantee activation if restrictions apply on third-party platforms.

After delivery, the User bears full responsibility for key usage.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • the key is defective (verified by Seller);
  • duplicate payment occurred.

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • the key has been delivered;
  • the key has been activated;
  • the User selected the wrong product;

  • the User changed their mind after delivery.

12. User Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • comply with applicable laws;
  • verify product compatibility before purchase;
  • follow platform rules (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.);
  • avoid fraudulent activity.

13. Restrictions on Use of Keys

Digital keys are intended for personal use only.

Redistribution, resale, or mass distribution is prohibited if it violates the publisher’s license terms.

14. Prohibited Activities

The User is prohibited from:

  • hacking or attempting unauthorized access;
  • using bots or automated scripts;
  • engaging in fraudulent chargebacks;
  • interfering with Website functionality;
  • abusing refund systems.

15. Intellectual Property

All trademarks (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

The Seller is not affiliated with game publishers unless explicitly stated.

The User obtains only a license to activate and use the product.

16. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR-like principles where applicable).

Data is used solely for order processing and delivery.

17. Warranties and Seller Liability

20. Affiliate Program

The Seller may modify or terminate the program at any time.

Participation does not create employment or agency relationships.

21. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of changes.

22. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
